Nobel University is a private university established in 2000, located in the Mid-Wilshire/Koreatown area of Los Angeles at 505 Shatto Place, with a branch campus in Buena Park. Nobel University offers degree programs in Business Administration and Cybersecurity (bachelor's, master's, and doctoral), professional certificate programs, and an English as a Second Language (ESL) program. The university is accredited by TRACS, an institutional member of CHEA, approved by California's BPPE, and SEVP-certified to enroll international students. The International Student Office issues I-20 documents and supports F-1 and J-1 students enrolled in degree, certificate, and ESL programs.
