Founded in 1969 as the home for Lee Strasberg's private class when he came to work with his students in Hollywood, the campus has grown into a full acting conservatory offering programs ranging from two-week intensives to a two-year conservatory and an Associate of Occupational Studies degree. The institute is SEVP-certified and issues I-20 documents for F-1 visa students enrolled in qualifying programs. Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute does not provide on-campus housing.
